Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities in fuel retailing, including Fuel Court Station Operations, C-Store Operations, Coffee Shop Operations, Car Wash Operations, Lube Change Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Fuel Logistics, Network Planning, and IT.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Fuel Court Station Operations: Manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.
  2. C-Store Operations: Coordinate inventory management, merchandising, and sales promotions to increase revenue.
  3. Coffee Shop Operations: Supervise staff, maintain high-quality food and beverage standards, and optimize menu offerings.
  4. Car Wash Operations: Oversee car wash services, manage equipment maintenance, and optimize washing processes to improve customer experience.
  5. Lube Change Operations: Supervise lubricant oil change services, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service.
  6. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to station construction, renovation, or refurbishment to enhance overall efficiency.
  7. Marketing Operations: Develop and implement marketing strategies, manage promotional campaigns, and analyze market trends to increase brand visibility.
  8. Fuel Logistics: Coordinate the movement of fuels, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely deliveries to meet customer demands.
  9. Network Planning: Analyze network performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to enhance overall efficiency.
  10. IT: Manage IT systems, resolve technical issues, and implement technology upgrades to streamline operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
