Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing event projects from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and maximum ROI.

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones for B2B events.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish clear goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, speakers, and service providers.
  • Coordinate project management systems, procedures, and processes developed in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the department meets agreed-upon deadlines for event programming, marketing, operations, and sales.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level and equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 Years' experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to perform critical work involving judgement, accuracy, and speed with minimal supervision.
