Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst-RCM to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting requirements, assessing the impact of solutions on stakeholders, and managing changes to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Document all requirements and the business solution to ensure stakeholders, the development team, and test team understand them clearly.
- Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective.
- Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure the solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
- Closely work with client revenue cycle teams to identify current and future transformation needs and opportunities.
Requirements
You must have good understanding and practical experience in Revenue Cycle Management processes and technologies. Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar is highly desirable.
