- Implement Corrective Actions: Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance sales team performance.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and continuous support to the sales team, helping them improve sales techniques and achieve their goals.
- Sales Strategies & Market Trends: Communicate regularly with the sales team to update them on sales progress, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitors' marketing activities, providing insights to enhance competitiveness and inform strategy.
- Stock Levels & Logistics Management: Maintain adequate stock levels across all key accounts to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the KSA FMCG market.
- Proven experience managing local retail clients.
- A valid driver's license.
