The role of a Digital Channel Manager involves creating and maintaining a compelling multichannel strategy to drive revenue growth for the hotel. This includes overseeing the hotel's presence on various online travel agencies (OTAs), direct booking platforms, and other third-party channels.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance of different channels, producing regular reports and identifying actionable insights for growth. They will also ensure that room rates and inventory are accurately reflected across all channels, making adjustments as needed to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Working closely with sales and marketing teams, the Digital Channel Manager will develop promotions and campaigns that drive bookings through various channels. They will build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to negotiate favourable terms and ensure optimal performance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

About the Role

In addition to the tasks outlined above, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative spirit. This may involve taking on additional responsibilities as needed, especially during periods of high occupancy or in emergency situations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration;
  • Two to three years' experience in a similar role;
  • International luxury hotel chain background;
  • English fluency required; Arabic fluency preferred;
