We are seeking an experienced Senior Web/Mobile Application Engineer to join our team at InnovTalent. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications tailored for the banking sector.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of banking applications and proven experience in delivering scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications for banking services, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that align with business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect sensitive banking data, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold code quality, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile application development, specifically in the banking domain, to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, fostering open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Web/Mobile Application Engineer, particularly in banking applications, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, Swift, and Kotlin, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Flutter, with a deep understanding of their strengths and limitations.
  • A strong grasp of mobile app development best practices, including UX/UI principles, to create engaging and intuitive interfaces.
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and APIs to ensure smooth integration and seamless data exchange.
  • Insight into banking regulations and compliance requirements, with a keen understanding of the need for secure and reliable solutions.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and collaborative abilities, with a passion for teamwork and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux operating systems and Node.js, with a solid foundation in software development principles and methodologies.
