Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our custom projects, coordinating with the marketing team, event programming team, and operations team to ensure successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones for B2B events.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • C coordinate with stakeholders to establish clear goals and expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, speakers, and service providers.
  • Cordinate project management systems, procedures, and processes developed in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the department meets agreed-upon deadlines for event programming, marketing, operations, and sales.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Manage crisis situations efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to event success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities to ensure compliance, secure approvals, and foster strategic partnerships for event success.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of B2B exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide real-time solutions.
  • Support Exhibition Director in developing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost control and ROI optimization.
  • Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration.
  • Analyze event performance data, feedback, and KPIs to optimize future projects.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve future event planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Educated to degree level and equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 Years' experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to perform critical work involving judgement, accuracy, and speed with minimal supervision.
  • Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English and Arabic.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to prioritize work tasks, deadlines, and use scheduling tools.
