Job Description

The Digital Asset Manager will oversee the implementation and management of BIM software across various projects, ensuring standardization of processes, coordination, and quality control. This role involves developing effective strategies for BIM management, coordinating with internal and external project team members, and aligning with project schedules.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement BIM protocols and systems to meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate project model deliveries and review models for accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
  • Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards.
  • Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to NEOM codes, standards, and practices.
  • Maintain project models and oversee data management throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of leading BIM management for a major contractor, consultant, and/or developer delivering significant work.
  • BIM software experience, including Revit, Rhino, and other industry software and tools.
