Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team at Six Flags and Aquarabia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational safety and reliability of our rides and attractions.

Your primary focus will be on performing mechanized inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, including motors, gears, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.

You will work closely with our engineering team to understand ride specifications and maintenance requirements, as well as collaborate with other departments to coordinate ride availability during peak operational periods.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery. Additionally, you should be proficient in computer software related to maintenance management and ride control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine safety checks and operational tests of rides.
  • Document all findings and repairs made.
  • Work closely with engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues with ride equipment.
