This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and requires a strategic thinker who can ensure efficiency and consistency of supply, cost-effectiveness, availability of goods and materials, and develop the management team to guarantee timely delivery of goods at a competitive price.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Leadership: Ensure efficient and consistent supply chain operations, leveraging expertise in planning, warehousing, purchasing, and transportation management.
  • Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining high-quality services.
  • Team Development: Foster a high-performing management team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure excellent execution and results-driven performance.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related subject or equivalent experience.
  • MBA/MSC degree (preferable).
  • No less than 10-12 years of experience at a management/senior management level, including 5-6 years in Supply Chain Management, covering planning, warehousing, purchasing, and transportation management.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
