**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced MERCHANT ACQUIRING EXPERT to join our team and drive process improvements in our Acquiring & Cash Management division.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes for merchant onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliation, and settlements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Design and implement automation opportunities to enhance merchant servicing, reporting, and reconciliation.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, cash management, or process optimization roles in banking or fintech.
  • Deep knowledge of payment processing, merchant acquiring models, settlement cycles, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
