As a Project Manager - Hotels, you will be responsible for managing hotel construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables align with budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design specifications.
  2. Track project progress, preparing regular status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, third-party vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and trust.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to prevent cost overruns and schedule delays.
  5. Maintain safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  6. Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines through site visits and inspections.

What We Offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, from concept through completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams of professionals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to hotel and infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia.
