About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

About the Team

The operations team is looking for an experienced Logistics Team Lead with a strong track record of achieving results. We need a leader to join a team that redefines fast delivery, builds and runs new services for customers, and oversees 3P Store Operations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Team Player: Be a strong team player who thrives when working with others.
  • Motivation and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities: conducting and driving Dive Deep analysis on complex processes isn't a problem for you.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be willing and able to work to flexible schedules and shifts: always commit the time required to get the job done.
