As a Business Analyst at FTI Delta, you will be an integral part of the team. You will engage in activities that support our clients' projects and contribute to our firm's business development and intellectual capital development efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth research and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify key insights and trends.
  • Synthesizing findings into clear presentations and reports that effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Actively participating in client meetings and internal team meetings to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Managing client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism, building trust and rapport with clients to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Working closely with senior team members to support various aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
  • Structuring complex analyses and showcasing effective Excel skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensuring consistency and high quality across all outputs, managing workload efficiently and meeting deadlines.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:

Basic Qualifications
  • Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or completing a master's program with a strong academic record.
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred major(s): Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical and lateral thinking approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and add value in an international environment.
  • A team player, who can work in a truly diverse setting, possessing cultural awareness.
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environment.
  • A keen interest in strategy consulting and the industries FTI Delta focuses on TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom) and Public Sector.
