**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Alpin Limited, Masdar City. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out energy modeling services, participating in sustainability-related site-audits, and providing clients with energy conservation measures and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the built environment sector, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in energy modeling using IES. Additionally, they should have a working knowledge of MEP, Construction Management, and Design, as well as strong knowledge of current sustainability standards.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Carry out energy modeling services using IES VE, Design Builder, eQUEST;
  • Cary out daylighting / thermal comfort modeling;
  • Member of the Sustainability team;
  • Provides clients with energy conservation measures and solutions to meet their targets;
  • Familiar with Net-Zero standards;
  • Chair and conduct sustainability-related site-audits;
  • Participate as a team leader in carrying out specific global and local projects such as sustainable building projects, operational efficiency, etc.;
  • Quality control and review of reports;
  • Business Development Support;
  • Support the company in its rapid growth plans;
  • Site and Office-Based Consultancy;
  • Coordinate with/support contractors including MEP/Civil engineers;
  • Conduct product and technology research related to sustainability;

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with both clients and consultants;
  • Background within the built environment sector (3-6 years);
  • Working knowledge of MEP, Construction Management, and Design;
  • Strong knowledge of current sustainability standards: LEED, BREEAM, Green Star, QSAS, or Estidama;
  • At least 3 years' experience of energy modeling using IES (preferable also with experience using other software packages);
  • LEED AP / Estidama PQP / BREEAM AP / GSAS CGP preferred;
  • Fluent written & spoken English;
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (Environmental, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering (PREFERRED), Electrical Engineering (PREFERRED), or Architecture);
  • GCC experience;
  • Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills (Written, electronic & spoken).
