Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at National Medical Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and adhering to the highest standards of compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to recognize patient needs while prioritizing those needs in accordance with physician guidelines.

1. Provide quality care: Adhere to standards set by physicians and ensure that patient needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
2. Care education: Provide educational sessions to patients on various aspects of their care, including adherence to compliance guidelines and medication management.
3. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA) throughout all processes and procedures.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Head Nurse or Area Manager and will have supervisory responsibilities over Practical Nurses and Nursing Orderlies.

Education and Licensure: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing is required. You must also hold current licensure (RN) from a governing body in your country of origin and a professional nursing license from the Saudi Council for Health Specialties. Life support training is also essential for this role.

Professional Experience: We require a minimum of two years' post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital setting. Saudi new graduates are exempted from this requirement. Current working knowledge in a related specialty is also necessary.

Competencies/Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in basic Arabic language is also required. You must be able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrate professionalism, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and good customer care abilities. Knowledge of computer applications and advanced certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and Critical Care Medicine are desirable.
