Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Systems Expert to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on all structural design matters for aircraft structural repairs and modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure methods and data used for repairs are compatible with maintaining structural integrity and adhering to standard procedures.
  • Liaise with the Design Authority on repairs requiring referral.
  • Conduct damage assessments and provide guidance on repair action required.
  • Collaborate on the development of aircraft and AGE structural repairs and modifications.
  • Analyse and recommend inspection schedules and maintenance requirements for recurring structural problems.
  • Promote awareness of safety procedures among colleagues.
  • Develop and deliver instruction for RSAF Officer structural familiarisation training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Honours Degree in Structures related discipline.
  • Recognised course in aircraft engineering or related engineering discipline at military or civilian school of technical training.
  • Experience working on SBDCP aircraft types (Hawk/Tornado) or Typhoon.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
