About the Job

This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Retail by securing Real Estate in alignment with the adidas store growth targets. To achieve this, we need a skilled professional who can identify potential sites, assess their viability, negotiate leases, and ensure that financial hurdles are met in the development of adidas Group store locations.

Key Accountabilities

  1. To develop and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  2. To conduct site visits, demographic analysis, and market research to identify suitable locations for adidas stores.
  3. To negotiate and finalize lease agreements with landlords.
  4. To work closely with the Global Retail Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure alignment with the company's overall retail strategy.
  5. To manage external Real Estate resources in locating and evaluating potential sites.
  6. To collaborate with the Market Retail team to ensure seamless execution of the real estate strategy.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years retail specific real estate site selection experience.
  • Leadership: Previous experience managing a team.
  • Fluent in both Arabic & English (Read, Write and Speak).
  • University degree with an emphasis in real estate or finance preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
