Role Summary

SupportFinity is seeking a dynamic and experienced finance leader to join our team as Chief Finance Officer MENA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial policies and processes that align with regional regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of all financial matters across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and accounts for all legal entities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and processes that align with regional regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership position in a financial services organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
