We are looking for an experienced and skilled PA to Chairman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support to high-level executives, including managing accounts and budgets, arranging travel and accommodation, and providing general assistance during presentations and meetings.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Chairman, providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support, including meeting and greeting visitors, organizing appointments, and producing documents.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, and French would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 8 years' experience as a secretary/PA, dealing with high-level executives. You should be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
