This position is responsible for managing the Umrah Supply & Demand Support activities to ensure the implementation of sector requirements and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to achieving short and medium-term strategic objectives within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Revise Performance Management Framework: Establish and revise the performance management framework for Umrah activities, including key performance indicators, reporting methods, key stakeholders, and governance.
  2. Set and Propose KPI Targets: Set and propose key performance indicator targets for Umrah activities, ensuring alignment with the Vice President and relevant departments.
  3. Monitor and Track Progress: Monitor and track the progress of Umrah activities, including SPI, CPI, and key performance indicator target achievements.
  4. Provide Guidance and Support: Work with stakeholders to provide guidance, support progress, and address any risks or issues in Umrah activities.
  5. Evaluate Change Requests: Evaluate change requests related to Umrah activities, such as additional budget needs, and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
  6. Prepare and Share Reports: Prepare and share updated dashboards and reports for senior management to review the status and performance of Umrah activities.
  7. Perform Other Duties: Perform other activities as and when required.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred).
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
