We are a leading restaurant group operating in Medina, Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a talented Culinary Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious Indian desserts and pastries that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Role
- Develop and implement new dessert and pastry menus that showcase your creative flair
- Collaborate with our kitchen team to plan menus and specials that feature unique Indian desserts
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all dishes
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to ensure they meet our high standards

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Culinary Innovator, preferably in an Indian cuisine setting
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian desserts and pastries as well as modern trends in pastry making
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
