We're seeking an Interaction Manager for our Customer Experience team, responsible for delivering accurate information and tailored solutions to customers' queries through website and live chat. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively solve customer issues and find solutions quickly, even in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a driven, determined, and solution-oriented team player with a positive outlook. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats efficiently
  • Identifying customer questions, concerns, and needs
  • Providing accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
  • Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
  • Giving detailed explanations of services

**Requirements**

  • University Graduates
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Fluency in English Language, B1 profile
  • Ability to use computers and internet applications
  • Great verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customers' issues and solve problems quickly
