Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, e.g., Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in relevant disciplines for design-stage delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in technical tools and software related to the role (Revit, Navisworks, ACC).
  • Expert Revit user with experience in MEPF disciplines.
  • Experience in setup and administration of ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
  • Strong MEPF coordination experience (both inter-discipline and with Architecture, Structure, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of international BIM Standards and workflows such as ISO19650 and US BIM Forum LOD Specification.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with automation systems and tools such as Dynamo and Grasshopper is advantageous.
