Concierge Chief

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Chief to join our team at Marriott International. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and personalized stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service and meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals.
• Support the concierge team in maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that all guests' needs are met.
• Establish relationships with local businesses and attractions to enhance guests' experiences.
• Provide recommendations and arrange services for guests as requested.
• Maintain awareness of cultural differences and provide tailored service to meet guests' specific needs.
• Respond to emergency situations using appropriate procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of daily operations and events at the hotel.
• Provide warm welcome and anticipation of guest needs throughout their stay.
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no prior work experience required.
