As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and promoting overall well-being.
Responsibilities- Screen patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide individualized care and guidance.
- Observe and interpret clients' signs and symptoms, and communicate effectively with doctors to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to design and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Execute routine procedures, such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Adjust and provide clients' medication and supply therapies according to physician's orders.
- Evaluate facilities and act to maintain exceptional health and safety standards.
- Provide immediate medical treatment in emergencies and assist surgeons during operations as needed.
- Proven experience as a registered nurse with a strong understanding of nursing care techniques and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care and health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A valid nursing license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
