This leadership role demands a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including those set by SAMA and other governing bodies in KSA. Requirements:

  • A Saudi national with at least 8 years of experience in a cybersecurity management role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, CRFR, MVC, and other KSA cybersecurity regulations.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable strategies.

  • Experience in managing cybersecurity compliance programs in the financial sector.
