About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager - Construction to lead our team in delivering major infrastructure projects across the Middle East region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, and architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of program delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team of construction managers and supervisors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Developing and implementing program management plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  3. Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other project teams.
  4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
