Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate support to the project, driving implementation and ensuring benefits, scope, and priorities are agreed.
  2. Lead by example, responsible for consultant performance and overall project coordination.
  3. Manage scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks, issues, dependencies, governance processes, deliverable management, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and status reports.
  4. Support engagement design and engagement management, overseeing consultants' timely delivery of tasks.
  5. Monitor project progress, resource availability, and allocation, developing progress and status reports.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  1. Years of relevant experience in project management and PMO practices.
  2. Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  3. Proven experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
  4. Excellent visual and graphic communication skills required, proficiency in Arabic essential, PMP certificate required, PGMP certificate preferred.
  5. Client-oriented professional with ability to anticipate client needs and create lasting change in a dynamic work environment.
  6. Ability to work under constant change.
