Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist Role

The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's workforce by developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. This ensures the attraction of top-tier talent, fosters a positive candidate experience, and collaborates with stakeholders to meet evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management:
    • Implement HR policies, regulations, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements while delivering high-quality results.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Execute talent acquisition plans and strategies designed by senior leadership.
    • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization, ensuring timely and effective filling of vacancies.
    • Establish and maintain a database of potential candidates through proactive research and nurture relationships with them.
    • Effectively manage the recruitment portal to provide access to a diverse pool of potential candidates.
    • Develop innovative strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, particularly for challenging roles.
    • Coordinate and participate in the interview process to ensure candidates align with job competencies and integrate seamlessly into the organizational culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including experience in a supervisory role.
    • Familiarity with the system used.
    • Previous experience in the government sector or regulatory bodies is preferred.
    • Experience in recruitment and onboarding is essential.
  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
