About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves managing the front desk, handling board line calls, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Handle board line calls and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and send invitation letters for employees traveling
- Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
- Coordinate airport pickups and drops offs
- Manage courier and mail services
- Maintain facility services and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Oversee car maintenance and VC room bookings
- Ensure office cleanliness and supervise staff
- Track vendor contracts and manage documentation
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Adhere to corporate etiquette standards
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
