Additionally, we are looking for trainers skilled in basic sciences, particularly in physics, mathematics, and terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging training sessions for students and professionals in food technology, focusing on dairy and bakery processes (bakery and dairy trainers).
  • Deliver hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in the maintenance of electrical systems, mechanical operations, and automotive technologies (maintenance trainers).
  • Facilitate workshops and courses in basic sciences, emphasizing physics concepts, mathematical problem-solving, and scientific terminology (basic science trainers).
  • Develop and implement training materials that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance training programs.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training or teaching in relevant subjects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Familiarity with current technologies and methodologies in training and education.
