Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Cloud Operations Engineer. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our infrastructure and application deployments.

Your primary responsibilities will include operating our Managed Service platform, collaborating with internal service teams to meet customer needs, and driving customer communication during critical events.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, reproducing customer problems, building proof-of-concept environments that adhere to cloud best practices, identifying process improvements, and learning and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

If you have experience working in a Linux environment, knowledge of network protocols, and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python, we encourage you to apply.
