Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our commercial functions and drive revenue growth. This senior leadership position will oversee all commercial activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with our goals and enhance revenue streams.
  • Drive market penetration and business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive collaborative opportunities.
  • Negotiate complex agreements, ensuring favorable terms and maximum value for our organization.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor commercial performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in commercial roles within the real estate or entertainment sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
