Job Summary

iENGINEERING (Private) Limited is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Plan Implementation: Develop and implement quality plans to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's quality policies and procedures.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to identify and address any quality issues that may arise during the project.
  3. Non-Conformance Management: Investigate and document non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to prevent their recurrence.
  4. Quality Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and other relevant documentation.
  5. Subcontractor Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance activities of subcontractors to ensure that they meet the company's quality standards.
  6. Testing and Inspection: Schedule and conduct regular testing and inspection activities to ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards.
  7. Quality Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand the importance of quality and their roles and responsibilities in maintaining it.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least six years of experience in quality control and assurance, with a minimum of three years in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
