The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Financial Services Industry Leader. In this role, you'll work closely with our Sales Territory to foster strategic relationships with customers and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Go-To-Market Strategies: You'll create go-to-market strategies and planning for your industry, aligning with sales territory leadership and driving execution.
  • Fostering Strategic Relationships: You'll work closely with the Sales Territory leadership to understand customer needs and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth.
  • Communicating Value: As a Financial Services Industry Leader, you'll identify and communicate key value propositions to customers in the domain, owning and executing the business development plan. You'll also support account planning initiatives by working with the sales team to identify customer needs and relevant account strategies.
  • Partnering with Stakeholders: You'll identify the right partner strategy for the industry, collaborating with partners to leverage their capabilities and resources to drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Management: You'll execute periodic deal qualification, demand management, bid management, and marketing activities as part of the GTM plan for the industry. The Financial Services Industry Leader will work closely with sales managers to ensure effective pipeline management and deal closure.
  • Proposal Development: You'll own the SAS response to any RFP/RFI and need to work with all stakeholders to prepare compelling proposals within the specified deadline. Maintain all collateral related to SAS solution presentations, technical & commercial proposals submitted in response to RFI/RFQ/RFPs.

Requirements

  • C-Level Interaction: You must have proven experience in interacting and communicating with C-level executives, conveying thought leadership and value propositions effectively.
  • Value Selling Skills: The candidate should possess expertise in value selling, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to drive business value and achieve customer outcomes.
  • Self-Motivation: We are looking for a proactive and self-driven individual with a proven track record of taking initiative, driving projects, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Industry Insight: As a Financial Services Industry Leader, you should demonstrate knowledge of BFSI industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and possess the ability to translate them into actionable insights and solutions for customers.
  • Customer Centricity: The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships to drive customer success.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the industry and territory is a must, enabling the identification of customer needs and the development of tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • GTM Implementation: The Financial Services Industry Leader should have experience working with a programmatic approach to GTM execution, including pipeline management and opportunity management, to drive sales effectiveness.
