Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Hairstylist to join our team at Buseet Salon. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, including cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our salon's standards of sterilization and sanitation, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultations

Greet clients and perform consultations in line with our salon's guidelines to establish client requirements.

Execute all cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing to high standards while providing necessary information to clients about the products being used.

Recommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service session.

Maintain detailed clients' service history by recording products used during each visit – example hair color details, treatment details.

Learn and perfect new styles and techniques by attending external and internal educational workshops, reviewing and researching publications, internet, and social media.

Attend events outside of our brand to promote the brand externally.

Achieve service and product revenue targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basis.

Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels and assist in product ordering process by checking existing products, anticipating needs of the hair section.

Take proper care of the tools and equipment.

Adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by our salon and municipality.

Farewell clients, guiding them to their next area.

Requirements

1. Experience

Three (3) years salon stylist experience in an international standard salon.

Well-experienced in hair coloring, highlights, hairstyling, hair treatments (Keratin and Collagen), and haircut.

Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques.

Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing.

Must have the creativity to design and interpret hairstyles.

Excellent communication, social, and customer service skills.

High energy and flexible, friendly, and approachable to clients and staff all the time.

Committed towards training and progression within the brand.

Professionalism and a high level of customer service at all times.

Delivering results within a highly motivated and fast-paced environment.

Understand and adhere to company policies & procedures and SOPs.

Professional attitude.
