The successful candidate will have extensive experience in programme controls and performance reporting, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations. You will be an expert in data analysis and visualisation, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions using tools such as Power BI.

You will lead a team of performance and reporting specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality reports and insights. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders at all levels, including project managers, clients, and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and implement a comprehensive performance and reporting framework that meets the needs of our programmes and projects.
  2. To lead a team of performance and reporting specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality reports and insights.
  3. To analyse complex data sets and develop actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  4. To work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including project managers, clients, and senior leaders.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as project management or engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in programme controls and performance reporting.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Power BI and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
