Job Title: Fitter / Assembler - Module Assembly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fitter / Assembler to join our team at Lucy Electric. As a Fitter / Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of modules, including SF6 tanks, to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble modules, including SF6 tanks, to meet production targets.
  • Work on sub-assemblies related to steel works and bought-out components.
  • Handle heavy steel works/assemblies and units.
  • Perform mechanical/electromechanical activities internal and external of units.

Requirements:

  • ITI (Fitter or equivalent) qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fitter or Technician in a manufacturing company.
  • Understanding of mechanical drawings and functions of mechanical/basic electrical components.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in panel board assembly.
  • Ability to work with people from different nationalities.
  • Flexible and able to improvise in dynamic situations.
  • Amicable personality to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter and takes initiative for additional responsibilities and challenges.
