Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate vendor invoices against purchase orders and project work packages to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify material receipt with supporting documents to confirm the quality of received goods.
  • Confirm service completion with Certificates of Completion (COCs) to ensure that all services have been fulfilled as agreed upon.
  • Maintain organized records to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.

Project Execution:

  • Monitor budget and cash flow to identify variances and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with EPC contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 9 years of experience in project control, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to relocate to Jazan, Saudi Arabia, if required.
