Job Summary:
Saudi Networkers Services (SNS Group) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Speed Enforcement Operations Manager to oversee mobile speed operators and ensure daily deployments are completed in accordance with deployment schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience in a dispatching environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Train: Supervise and train mobile system vehicle operators and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to complete their tasks effectively.
- Schedule Deployments: Schedule mobile system vehicle deployments for review and approval by senior management.
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Ensure daily deployments occur according to approved schedule and monitor operability of assigned mobile speed vehicles and systems.
- Coordinate Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance providers on maintenance and repair issues involving mobile speed vehicles and systems.
- Monitor Performance: Monitor violation levels and optimize efficiency of deployments to achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree
- Experience: 2-3 years' relevant supervisory experience in a dispatching environment
- Skills: General computer literacy skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, and ability to interface with mobile speed staff, maintenance staff, and VPC management
