We are excited to announce the opening for a Sales Specialist position in our Service Business based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities, including lead handling, sales planning, and sales funnel actions. Key tasks will involve:

  • Contacting customer-initiated leads promptly.
  • Qualifying leads before assignment to sales personnel.
  • Preparing for value discovery meetings, including presentations and support materials.
  • Maintaining up-to-date sales funnel, customer, and opportunity data in our CRM system.
  • Supporting sales personnel with back-office tasks and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinating customer visits, tasks, and events.
  • Providing Sales Managers with selected reports or sales summaries.

A Bachelor's degree from a business-related field, preferably, and 2-4 years of experience in admin positions within sales organizations are essential. Strong user skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are also required. Arabic and English language proficiency is a must.
