Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Expert to structure funding packages to enable financing of the Saudi Energy Project:

  • Commercial aspects of the Energy Project.
  • Support and secure Export Credit Agency (ECA) and debt financing for the project.
  • Participate in other financial agreements related to the project such as equity subscription agreements, shareholder agreements, Debt Financing agreements, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).

The expert will review financing options, economic evaluation, cost optimization, and financial model. The expert will provide all assistance required regarding the project with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Finance and key National Gov Funds.
