As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be an ambassador for the hotel, providing engaging, sincere, and personalized service to our guests. Your warm and efficient service will make guests feel welcome during check-in, valued during check-out, and always at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests in a friendly and caring manner, adhering to the highest standards.
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and assist with completing registration cards upon arrival.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and sell rooms.
  • Verify guest payment methods and follow established credit-checking procedures.
  • Process guest check-out procedures, including receiving payment and settling accounts.
  • Handle front office cashiers' activities, such as posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency according to procedures.
  • Answer guest questions and requests in a friendly and caring manner, either by phone or in person, and provide information or refer matters to relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department.
  • Possess knowledge of room reservation procedures.
  • Adhere to grooming policies, health & safety regulations, and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or suitable equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance is essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Physically agile, able to stand for extended periods.
