IT Infrastructure Strategist

Foreground LLC is a leading provider of Facility Management and Catering solutions in the KSA market, dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient services.

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Strategist to join our team and maintain all systems on-site and remotely. This key role will work closely with Systems & Database Administrators to ensure seamless IT operations.

• Project Management
  • Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Organize and establish deadlines for major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages.
  • Manage and report on IT budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Infrastructure Strategy and Analysis
  • Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels; make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Security and Compliance
  • Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security to preserve assets and ensure information security.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
• Vendor Management and Testing
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Team Development and Training
  • Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Strategic Problem-Solving
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner, contributing to organizational efficiency.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to enhance organizational policy.
  Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience working in IT operations.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.
  • Mandatory Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
