This is an exciting opportunity to work on THE LINE project, a 9,500 km² land area with various projects including the initial Hidden Marina Mirror Line phase 1 modules, Landscapes of THE LINE, three 'special projects', and the NEOM International Airport.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering and experience in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders. They will be responsible for delivering the Electrical Engineering Strategy, Design, and Construction scope for THE LINE project, ensuring successful project execution within budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability parameters.

In this role, you will lead a team of supporting staff to provide support to the LINE Design Project Engineering Management teams for regional assets and oversee what LINE Projects are procuring/managing. You will also develop implementation plans for Electrical Engineering that consider project-specific requirements, timelines, and budgets.

A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with relevant professional memberships and accreditation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and related fields, with a proven track record of successfully managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
