Culinary Operations Manager

The Culinary Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the culinary operations team within the park. This role requires a strong culinary background, creativity, and leadership skills to oversee chefs and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and design menus that align with the culinary vision and brand.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and food safety.
- Train and mentor culinary staff on techniques and food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments for special events and promotions.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into menus.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean kitchen.
- Assist in establishing guidelines for ingredients and recipes.
- Support HACCP planning for F&B units.
- Mentor culinary staff to identify leaders, recruit, and promote talent.
- Benchmark culinary practices regionally and globally.
- High School Certification
- Culinary Degree or equivalent experience
- Food Manager Sanitation Certification
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in high-volume kitchens
- Familiarity with inventory management, scheduling, POS, procurement processes
