About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications, while cultivating strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive plans that align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Create Communication Materials: Design and manage press releases, reports, presentations, and social media content.
  • Build Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community organizations.
  • Facilitate Meetings and Events: Organize and conduct meetings, workshops, and events to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain Communication Channels: Monitor stakeholder feedback and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 15-20 years of experience in communications and stakeholder management, preferably in the infrastructure, construction, or engineering sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication software.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
