SLP Coordinator Job Summary

The SLP Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of designated areas. Their primary objective is to provide exceptional security services, conduct thorough investigations, and implement effective asset protection strategies to mitigate shipment losses and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Security Operations:
    • Rationalize and review guard force deployments.
    • Implement and follow up on security plans.
    • Ensure operational readiness of control room systems.
    • Conduct patrolling observations and take corrective action.
  2. Audits/Certifications:
    • Update security plans and SOPs.
    • Perform periodical checks of documentation.
    • Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
  3. No of Employees entry / Exit thru Frisking Points:
    • Review manpower requirements at frisking points.
    • Maintain systems installed at frisking areas.
  4. Process Improvement & Loss Prevention Program:
    • Conduct process reviews and necessary improvements.
    • Implement process improvisations.
    • Quarterly assessments and feedback from shop floors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation with a minimum 3 years' experience in security, loss prevention, shrinkage, asset protection, investigations, or inventory management. A detailed knowledge of security equipment and technology is required.

Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature is essential.
