About the Role:

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Manager to oversee the design and development of various infrastructure projects. As the Civil Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing the entire design process from conceptualization to execution. This includes responsible project delivery of consultants and contractors, as well as delivery partner and team performance and outcomes.

You will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering, and design technical leaders to create opportunities for efficiency and innovation. Maintaining compliance with QA/QC procedures is also a key responsibility, including the deliverables review QA/QC process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your team to deliver innovative solutions that provide superior outcomes.
  • Lead and manage the design and construction process from inception to implementation for infrastructure project(s) comprising various disciplines.
  • Closely collaborate with our development teams (architects and engineers), clients, contractors, and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external design teams to deliver high-quality design documents and drawings while adhering to project timelines and meeting client standards.
  • Lead the team to ensure design deliverables are provided by consultants in accordance with their Contract and district/sub-district program requirements and timelines.
  • Perform design reviews and provide guidance and feedback to design teams.
  • Conduct regular design review meetings providing technical guidance and support to clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
  • Proactively monitor and track project progress, promptly identifying and resolving any design-related challenges or conflicts.
  • Monitor and review design progress, identify issues or risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain meticulous project documentation, including design records, change orders, and necessary approvals.
  • Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of various design elements.
  • Compile and present reports and visual presentations regarding designs, design reviews, cost analysis, and project tasks.
  • Setup and chair meetings with the client, consultants, design team, and stakeholders, capturing minutes of meetings as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage all project interfaces within the delivery program.
  • Prepare and present design reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
